To find your chest size, wrap a measuring tape around the fullest part of your chest, ensuring the tape is level and snug but not too tight.
Waist
To measure your waist, locate the narrowest part of your torso and wrap the measuring tape around it.
Hips
Measure around the fullest part of your hips while standing with your feet together.
